Milliken Tectonic is a collection of hard-wearing carpet tiles suitable for domestic as well as commercial areas. Milliken carpet tiles’ natural colours will transport your mind to the deep blue lakes, black volcanic rock and rich golden moss of Scandinavian countries. Since this outstanding collection is inspired by textural landscape, geological extremes, folklore and modern culture of this stunning part of the world, it succeeds in creating a calm and relaxed ambience. The colour palette is comprised of various natural shades of blue, beige and grey, as well as some bright, eye-catching options. The general chequered design is a very modern one, which is created by using fine, irregular stripes in well-matched colours. By combining two or more colours, you can create chequered patterns, stripes or any other pattern you can think of, simply – your imagination is the limit! The yarn is made from 100% hard-wearing nylon, which makes for an exceptionally sturdy and long-lasting surface and makes this collection suitable for heavy commercial use. Installing this modular floor is incredibly easy and TractionBack®, a backing system that enables a glue-free installation, is available on request (additional charges apply). Milliken believes that a healthy planet and a healthy business are vitally linked. Because of this, they are constantly working to become more sustainable. Milliken Tectonic is a prime example of the company’s eco-conscious way of thinking: Its cushion backing contains 90% recycled material.
