This vinyl flooring collection has an impressive wear class of 23/33/42 which means that it’s suitable for installation in residential, commercial, and even industrial areas. In residential applications, even the highest frequented spaces are no problem. These are, for example, hallways and living rooms. In commercial or project applications, you can safely install this floor in even the most heavily used areas, for example, large offices, schools or department stores. And lastly, in industrial applications, you can install this floor in moderately used areas, such as storage rooms or workshops. This all is thanks to the Wineo 800's excellent wear resistance.

High technical quality: Wineo vinyl click LVT

The flooring panels from the Wineo 800 collection with the glue-down system are available in the sizes of 120 by 18 centimetres and 150.5 by 12.5 centimetres. The transparent wear layer on all Wineo 800 products is 0.55 millimetres thick, and therefore extremely robust and abrasion-resistant. Wineo LVT can also be installed over underfloor heating systems and in damp spaces, unlike a real solid wooden floor. It features an extremely high light fastness, and a Polyurethane (PU) surface coating. This guards against dirt and stains, making both cleaning and maintenance easier. Therefore normal household cleaners can be used, and the strongest of stains can be cleaned with a cleaning agent suitable for PU surfaces. They are effective without risk of damaging the floor. The surface coating also contributes to the floor being difficult to ignite and limiting smoke formation, as proven by a fire safety class of Bfl-s1. So, the are floors stain resistant, hard wearing and safe, and can even withstand use of castor chairs. The floor boards are also free of phthalates, and are tested to have close to no emissions of VOC's and contain no harmful chemicals. Once the time has come to replace the floor, the old flooring boards can be disposed of along with normal household waste. But that's a concern of the distant future. Because Wineo is so convinced of the quality of her products, that a warranty of 25 years for residential use comes as standard on all Wineo 800 products. And even then, the floor is expected to continue to perform well beyond that warranty period.

Wineo 800 glue-down vinyl flooring

If the application you have in mind calls for a permanently glued-down floor, the Wineo 800 collection offers exactly what you need. After preparing the ground and measuring the room, glue should be applied to the ground. This glue has to be carefully chosen in accordance with your application. For example, damp or wet rooms require a different type of glue. Generally, we recommend water-based glues as these generally are as solvent-free as possible and low in emissions. Be sure to use a sufficient amount of adhesive, and carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions. Place the panels in the desired location, seamless but without tension, in the glue bed. Locally press down on the panels with a hand roller, and press the entire floor surface with a heavy roller once the last panel is in place. It is important that the adhesive has thoroughly dried before the floor is used.
