The Sōya Pro series offers vinyl flooring for professional use. The glue-down vinyl for commercial and residential areas (use classes 23, 33 and 42) is only 2.5 mm thick, making it particularly renovation-friendly, and is installed by professionals. Thanks to its high elasticity, the adhesive vinyl in wood and stone look offers optimal acoustics and high walking comfort. Of course, the vinyl flooring is water-resistant and therefore also suitable for damp rooms.

As adhesive vinyl for commercial and contract use, ter Hürne Sōya Pro is naturally flame-retardant in accordance with fire protection class Bfl-s1. In accordance with slip resistance class R10, you get a non-slip vinyl floor for gluing. In addition, ter Hürne adhesive vinyl is suitable for use with standard chair castors (type W) and can be installed on water-based underfloor heating systems with a surface temperature of up to 27 °C.

The adhesive vinyl flooring consists of a double vinyl backing layer with a printed decorative layer, on top of which is a transparent wear layer with an embossed texture. A transparent PU coating protects your vinyl flooring and ensures easy maintenance. The decors offer maximum authenticity thanks to their circumferential microfiber and matt or super matt surface. The ter Hürne Sōya Pro collection includes vinyl plank flooring in various dimensions, herringbone vinyl and chevron vinyl, as well as glue-down vinyl tiles in attractive stone and concrete designs.

Numerous seals confirm the good environmental performance and indoor air quality of ter Hürne Sōya Pro. The adhesive vinyl carries the floor score, Greenguard and Indoor Air Comfort Gold seals.
