Here are the most asked questions to our team. We hope these can help you find what you're looking for and answer your questions.

  • Where is my order?

Your order is on its way! Do not forget that delivery times may vary depending on the product you have ordered. It can be from 5 to 14 working days. For more information about the delivery times, please take a look at our delivery page.

  • Where is my sample?

Samples are always sent via regular mail, therefore we can not track their progress. Samples have an approximate delivery time of 3-5 working days for flooring samples, and 8-10 working days for wallpaper samples. If you do not receive your sample within the given time frame, please contact us and our team will assist you in solving the problem.

  • How fast can you deliver?

Delivery times are greatly dependent of the product you’re after. We don’t stock all products, and order some of them directly from the manufacturer or a supplier. For a complete table of delivery times and charges, click here.

  • Can I get a quote?

We give free quotes with no further obligations of purchasing. However, the price reduction we can offer depends on the product and the quantity you’re after. To make an inquiry, please use our quotes page, call us at 01264 980370 or send us an email at info@bricoflor.co.uk. Quotes for private customers are valid for 30 days from the day you receive it, and quotes for companies are valid for 60 days. You can also request an individual offer on our special offer page.

  • What underlay do I need?

We offer different types of underlay for different types of floors. For carpet tiles we recommend Heuga Interlay, while for LVT floors with click installation, we recommend Viscoh Vinyl or Vinyl-S. Laminate and parquet floors have the greatest benefit from using Viscoh Air Acoustic or Air Plus Acoustic. You can find all these on our accessories page.

  • Do you offer fitting services?

At this time we neither offer fitting services, nor can confidently recommend you a fitting service in your area. Our apologies for any inconveniences.

  • How many carpet tiles do I need?

Carpet tiles usually come in the standard 50 by 50 centimetre size. That means you will need 4 per square metre. However, some tiles come in a different size. To make sure you order the right amount, we have a convenient calculator on the product page of every carpet tile. There you only have to enter the size of the space, and the calculator will tell you how many packs of tiles you need.

  • Where is BRICOFLOR's office?

Our office is located in Marlborough, Wiltshire. However, because we are solely an online store, we have no showroom, but we can send you a sample straight to your home or office. Please contact us through phone (01264 980370) or via our contact form with your name, product and address. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

  • Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, collection is not possible for most products. Enquire with our customer service team for more precise information.

  • How can I get in contact with you?

Depending on your preference, your can contact us via our contact form. or request us to call you through our free callback service.   • How can I pay?

When you make a purchase on BRICOFLOR UK, you can choose between four different payment methods:  credit card, PayPal, BACS or bank transfer.  You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For more detailed information, have a look at our Payment Methods page.

  • Which flooring can I use in my bathroom?

Depending on what style you have in mind, we offer a few different options for bathroom floor coverings. You might take a look at the Wineo Ambra Wood Multilayer (HDF) range, the Gerflor Senso Lock range, the Lamett Trento range, and Lamett Nature range: You can find them here.

  • How do I order a sample?

To order a sample, you simply have to go to the page of the product you like, and click on the “Add Sample to Cart” button on the the bottom right of the preview image. From there on, it works like a normal order: click on the “Cart” button on the top right of your window, and follow the instructions on the screen. Please note that it is possible to order more than one sample at the same time. For detailed instructions, please visit our info page on our free sample service.
The samples are free, we only charge the delivery costs: from 1 to 5 samples: £3.50, from 6 to 10 samples: £6.50, from 11 to 15 samples: £9.00 (Of course, the costs of samples will be credited to your account in the event of a successful purchase with us.)

  • What is the delivery cost?
