How to place your order

In 5 simple steps – from product selection to delivery

Browse our wide range of flooring, wallpaper and interior design ideas. Once you’ve found your desired product, select the required quantity and click “Add to basket”.

You can add as many items as you like and adjust your basket at any time – change quantities or remove products.

2. Proceed to checkout

Click on “Proceed to checkout” to start the ordering process. Here you have three options:

  • Log in as a customer: Already registered? Simply sign in with your email and password.
  • Create a new account: Recommended for faster future orders and an easy order overview.
  • Order as a guest: No registration required – order directly without creating an account.

3. Enter billing & delivery address

Enter your billing address and choose your preferred payment method from our wide range of options (PayPal, credit card, prepayment, invoice and more).

Then enter your delivery address (if different from your billing address) and select your preferred shipping method.

Note: Shipping costs are calculated automatically and depend on product, quantity and delivery location.

4. Review your order

Carefully check all details: selected products, quantities, address and payment method. You will receive a full overview of all costs (product price + shipping costs).
