1. Select your product & add to basket

Browse our wide range of flooring, wallpaper and interior design ideas. Once you’ve found your desired product, select the required quantity and click “Add to basket”.

You can add as many items as you like and adjust your basket at any time – change quantities or remove products.

2. Proceed to checkout

Click on “Proceed to checkout” to start the ordering process. Here you have three options:

• Log in as a customer: Already registered? Simply sign in with your email and password.
• Create a new account: Recommended for faster future orders and an easy order overview.
• Order as a guest: No registration required – order directly without creating an account.

3. Enter billing & delivery address

Enter your billing address and choose your preferred payment method from our wide range of options (PayPal, credit card, prepayment, invoice and more).

Then enter your delivery address (if different from your billing address) and select your preferred shipping method.

4. Review your order

Carefully check all details: selected products, quantities, address and payment method. You will receive a full overview of all costs (product price + shipping costs).

5. Place order

By clicking on “Place order with obligation to pay”, you complete your purchase. You will immediately receive an order confirmation by email with all details.

Depending on your chosen payment method, you will either be redirected to the payment provider (e.g. PayPal) or receive an invoice/payment instructions.

Done! Your order is now being processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
