Everything you need to know about Interface Past Forward Arley "Azure"

With the Interface Past Forward collection, Interface celebrates its 50th company anniversary. The celebration comes in the form of loose-lay carpet tiles that reinterpret the past and present it in a contemporary light. In this spectacular collection, historic patterns are transformed into modern designs. The English product designer David Oakey designed the Interface Past Forward product range. The result is a unique symbiosis of sophisticated design and cutting-edge technology. These Interface carpet tiles integrate seamlessly into work environments with high design standards. The modules are also perfectly suited for residential spaces.

The Interface Past Forward Antiquities collection includes high-quality tufted, structured loop-pile carpet tiles with a woven appearance. Thanks to the woven look, the nostalgic designs of the series truly come into their own. The use class 33 indicates that these carpet tiles for offices are suitable for use in offices, hotels, retail spaces, or heavily frequented public buildings.

The durable textile modules feature a pile layer made from 100% recycled, solution-dyed polyamide. The Interface Past Forward collection comprises 14 design ranges, each available in four color variants. Among the patterned carpet tiles are Mid-Century designs, subtle vintage styles, as well as modules inspired by the textile traditions of the Middle East, Rococo, and Art Nouveau. The color palette blends harmoniously into modern work and living spaces. Choose from grey carpet tiles, blue, olive, and wine red, as well as beige, ochre, absinthe, or pigeon blue. All modules in the Interface Past Forward collection are slip-resistant, suitable for underfloor heating and castor chairs, antistatic, and highly dimensionally stable and easy to cut. As carpet tiles for commercial and contract applications, the Interface tiles are, of course, flame-retardant in accordance with fire classification Bfl-s1.

The Interface Antiquities range represents the craftsmanship of the Renaissance and the Middle East and impresses in particular with its bold color palette. Especially the red carpet tiles are also suitable for use as made-to-measure rugs. Overall, the patterned carpet tiles from Interface Antiquities have a total thickness of 8.7 mm, with a 3.7 mm pile layer, and provide impact sound insulation of up to 26 dB. The modules can be installed without directional alignment and meet Luxury Class 2.

The Antiquities carpet tiles by Interface are carbon neutral (CO2-neutral) throughout their entire life cycle. For the CQuest™Bio backing, Interface avoids bitumen and PVC, instead using recycled and bio-based fillers. The backing construction allows for quick and clean installation without adhesive, meaning installation can often take place during ongoing operations. The company even takes back old carpet tiles to reintroduce them into the production cycle. The distinctive carpet tiles from Interface Past Forward can be combined with one another, used wall-to-wall in a room, or applied as an accent in the form of a made-to-measure rug. Experience past eras anew!
