The Gerflor Creation 55 Looselay Acoustic loose-lay vinyl floor is easy to lay loosely up to a room size of 30 m², allowing for quick installation. Gerflor's Looselay vinyl is especially useful in commercial rooms where uncomplicated installation without long interruptions of operations is required. With a wear layer of 0.55 mm, the 5.50 mm thick vinyl floor is also able to withstand high foot traffic in commercial and residential areas. According to usage classes 33 and 42, this flooring is not only suitable for shops, hotels and offices but also for industrial areas with moderate use. 

The vinyl flooring of the Gerflor Creation 55 Looselay Acoustic collection is characterised not only by the loose installation but also by the acoustic backing that can minimise impact sound by up to 19 dB. This product also ensures good acoustics in the room. A compact core reinforced with glass-fibre fleece provides more comfort and stability. A high-resolution decor film presents authentic wood decors as well as modern stone and tile looks. The Gerflor vinyl floor of the Creation 55 range is available both as a classic vinyl plank measuring 22.9 x 122.0 cm and as vinyl tiles measuring 50 x 50 cm. Besides the wood design, the loose-lay tiles feature an urban concrete design as well as a lined, textile design in grey-blue. The four-sided bevelling provides authenticity to each plank. 

On a technical level, the loose-lay vinyl flooring of the Gerflor Creation 55 Looselay Acoustic collection impresses with its suitability for underfloor heating up to a maximum of 28 °C, antistatic finish and suitability for chair castors. The lightfast vinyl flooring has good chemical resistance and corresponds to wear group T. Fire-safe according to Bfl-s1, the vinyl floor develops little to no smoke in the event of a fire. The slip-resistance class R10 indicates that it is a slip-resistant floor covering. 

The use of durable loose-lay vinyl reduces the use of adhesives. This facilitates the reuse of materials and recycling. Gerflor Creation 55 Looselay vinyl with acoustic backing is 100% recyclable and consists of up to 35% recycled content. In addition, the product is phthalate-free and ensures the best possible indoor air quality. For example, the VOC emissions of this loose-lay vinyl floor are even 100 times lower than the general standards prescribe.
