Viscoh foil – Underlay for vinyl click flooring

With the PE film Viscoh Aqua Stop, you get a vapor barrier for floating floors, recommended especially as an underlayment for all click vinyl floors. The construction film is translucent blue and protects against rising moisture. Thus, the PE film vapor barrier Viscoh Aqua Stop is ideal, for example, for rooms located above cellars, but also for new buildings with fresh screed and mineral substrates. Lay the PE underlayment for vinyl flooring, parquet, and more under your click floor and protect your floor from moisture while improving the installation properties of your click vinyl!

Please note: This click vinyl underlayment is to be used in addition to regular impact sound insulation and does not replace it. Always consult the installation instructions of the chosen click vinyl for the best installation result.

We especially recommend the PE film for all click vinyl floors. From a construction perspective, the installation of a vapor barrier is generally recommended. Additionally, with the vinyl floor underlayment, you improve the installation properties of your click vinyl. This ensures the expansion capability of the floating floor. The click vinyl underlayment allows your design floor to expand and contract freely with temperature changes, ensuring a consistently beautiful floor appearance. At the same time, the Viscoh click vinyl underlayment prevents water that enters through the click connection from seeping into the screed.

The Viscoh vapor barrier is not only odorless but even certified with the Blue Angel. The quality film is 0.2 mm thick and is available in 2 x 15 meters folded to one meter. The water vapor permeability is >75 m. One roll of the vinyl floor underlayment is sufficient for approximately 30 m² of click vinyl.
