The Gerflor Creation 55 Rigid Acoustic collection is a highly functional vinyl floor with a rigid core and acoustic backing. With a usage classification of 33 and 42, the click vinyl is particularly suitable for furnishing commercial rooms as well as industrial areas with moderate use. The stylish designs and colours also allow for such vinyl tiles to be installed in the home.

From a visual point of view, the vinyl design floor impresses with realistic surface embossing. The click vinyl in wood look offers additional authenticity with bevelled edges all around. The crystal-clear wear layer creates a special colour brilliance. The high-resolution 4D décor presents classic oak decors as well as modern concrete looks and soft tile designs. Available in the formats 12.5 x 75.0 cm, 177.0 x 121.9 cm, 22.5 x 152.4 cm and 45.7 x 91.4 cm, you can get rigid vinyl flooring with integrated impact sound insulation both as the traditional plank, lock plank and vinyl tile. Not only can the vinyl click flooring be laid on tiles, but the product is also even designated for use in areas with special renovation conditions. Thanks to the straightforward click system, fitting commercial areas with Gerflor Creation 55 Rigid Acoustic can be done without long interruptions to operations. 

The Creation 55 Rigid vinyl also stands out for its optimal acoustic properties. For example, the integrated acoustic backing can reduce impact sound by up to 19 dB, while room sound can be improved by up to 81 dB. In addition, the vinyl flooring can be installed on underfloor heating systems, is antistatic, easy to clean and, thanks to the Protecshield™ surface finish, is optimally equipped against scratches, abrasion and dirt. The 6 mm thick Gerflor vinyl with a 0.55 mm thick wear layer corresponds to wear group T and is flame retardant according to fire protection class Bfl-s1 and very slip-resistant according to slip resistance class R10. The Gerflor Creation 55 Rigid Acoustic floor, which is lightfast and highly resistant to chemicals, can still be driven over with type W chair castors and is therefore also suitable for offices and workrooms. 

And the best possible indoor air quality is also ensured because the Gerflor Creation 55 Rigid vinyl with acoustic backing is free of phthalates and contains 100 times fewer VOC emissions than the standard mandate. In addition, the Rigid click vinyl with integrated impact sound insulation is 100% recyclable and contains up to 35% recycled content.
